Local Love tickets were given out to locals for the soft opening of The Complex to get a feel for the menu and atmosphere of brand new eateries, Capitoline and Loteria.
Diners and guests were treated to full menu drinks and dishes as well an exclusive look into what will be one of Asbury Park's hottest dining destinations this summer.
